Fun Fair!
The Stuart Scott Fun Fair is on Friday June 8th. The organizing committee could use your support in a couple of ways. There will be a bake sale and donations of nut free baking are most welcome!  There will also be a basket raffle. Our class' basket theme is gardening. If you could help us fill our class basket it would be most appreciated! Items such as seeds, shovels, gardening gloves and gardening books can be brought to school anytime before June 1st. Many thanks, in advance, for your support!

History
Today we worked on a t-chart comparing the positive and negative aspects of town life in the early 1800's. (text pages 138-145)

Math
We are talking about using data to tell the story we want to tell. How can you manipulate data to tell a specific story or prove a specific point? Using the homework data that you were given, create a graph that shows a specific point of view and explain what story it tells (what point it makes). This will be collected tomorrow.

Literacy
- Wanted poster due Friday
- Truth and Reconciliation Commission call to action mini-oral presentation tomorrow

Art
We did collaborative art today with recycled paper.
Did you make things harder or easier for your group?
Here are some of the results.
Some wonderful creativity happening!
